THE MAC FIT CHALLENGE FORMERLY
(EVERY DAMN DAY CHALLENGE) 

The MAC wants to get you moving this FALL! $25 Buy-in.
Check your BodyFat on the InBody DEXA scanner on 9/19 or after to ENTER

    Rules:

 

  • Only active current MAC members may participate (No Guest pass, ClassPass, or Gympass) 

  • Challenge begins on 9/22 and ends 10/22. Get your weight and bodyfat checked at anytime on 9/19 or after, not any earlier. Winner will be announced on Friday 10/24.

  • There is a $25 buy-in to enter. This gets you a BodyFat DEXA scan using the InBody 720. The most accurate way to get your bodyfat checked. No other forms of bodyfat check is accepted.

  • 2 more DEXA scans are allowed during the course of the challenge after initial buy-in of $25 to keep you on track.

  • We encourage MAC Member to check-in on either Facebook or Instagram to promote the MAC FiT Challenge. There will be a cash prize for most check-ins. Each platform counts as one, so check in on both!

  • If you can't get your workout in at the MAC, just get it in to lose bodyfat.

  • Use the tips given to you using the MyFitnessPal app from the Fat Loss Seminar on 9/9 @5pm to lose the most bodyfat you can. This is not a weight loss challenge. It is a percentage of fat loss challenge.

  • Whoever loses the most amount of bodyfat in percentage with their body weight, will win a 1st or 2nd place cash prize. 3rd place will be for most check-ins, also a cash prize.

  • *In the event of a tie, there will be a plank-off

    MAC Tips:

 

  • You can view our schedule and book classes in advance on the Mindbody app. By planning your workout schedule ahead of time, you will more likely stay consistent with your workouts

  • Take a class with a friend: Ask a friend to meet up with you for class. Working out with friends will help you stay accountable, motivated, and push you harder.

  • Try something new: So if you've only been going to Bootcamp, now is a great time to try a Yoga or Spin class. Making your muscles guess is the a big key in fat loss.

  • Remember: A one hour workout is only 4% of your entire day. Make time for your health. And 96% is when you're not working out so make better choices for yourself.

  • Anyone can win this challenge: The winner is not based off of overall weight loss, fitness level, or diet. The winner is determined by how much of your percentage of bodyfat can be lost. This is self-motivational challenge. Get moving!
