Our Personal Training is an individualized training program specifically designed to fit your needs. Whether it be general weight loss, rehabilitation, senior fitness, strength training, prenatal exercise, or specialized athletic training; we have a program for you.

 

PILATES REFORMER TRAINING AT THE MAC

Learn your body like never before through the tutelage of your own certified Pilates trainer that trains you to master the Pilates Reformer in a results driven, goal oriented training program. 

Pilates Individual

Under the guidance of a certified Pilates trainer, you will lean and sculpt your body. It's the ultimate in personal attention and most effective for seeing and feeling a difference in your body. 

 

Pilates Duet 

Like a private session, the Pilates Duet session is designed similarly but with the fun of sharing the working out with a friend, co-worker, or partner

 

Pilates Trio or Quartet

This semi-private training session is shared with a group of 3 or 4 individuals. We will help put you in a trio or quartet or share the session with friends.
